We launched our employee of the month in 2023 to showcase outstanding examples of colleagues demonstrating our four pillars. Since launching the award, we have rewarded our monthly winners, and recognised all our nominees.

Operations

 

You could join our Operations team as a Warehouse Operative, Team Leader or a Supervisor. Our people in this team work on Receiving, Dispatch and Operations Support to pick, pack and dispatch millions of books every year.

Customer services

 

In our Customer Services team, you might find your place as a Customer Service Operator or a Team Leader, working closely with our publishers and our trade, education and academic customers to make sure their needs are met. As the first point of contact, this team manages publisher and customer requests, orders, queries and claims.​

Or perhaps you could take on a role in our Credit Control team as a Credit Controller, who set up and manage a portfolio of accounts, customer and publisher queries, and payment terms.
